Hello everybody,
Program: Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5
OS: Windows XP Professional (no Service Packs)
I’m not the usual kind of person to ask questions, and I’m new to this forum. I’ve been extensively searching for an answer to my problem but have found none. I’m whishing that one of these 31 thousand members would know how to help me out and please post any suggestion you may have.
I’ve been working for a video project that I need to present to a group of students… I’ve been creating this project for a week and now I wanted to render this movie, compress it and email to one of my friends for reviewing. Compiling didn’t work (“Unknown Errorâ€), so I went to the debugging process.
I know computer quite well and I’m aware that some problems might be caused by elements of the GUI. So, I’ve closed all my programs and I tightened up my workspace in Premiere. I’ve closed the toolbar, video preview window, history window, info window and then the sequence window (timeline).
I then tried to compile the project and then I’ve noticed that I didn’t have any sequence selected. Since then, I’ve been trying to find where my sequence went. I seriously cannot believe that Premiere would delete my sequence just because I closed it. There should have been a confirmation window, but nothing appeared.
So, here is my problem: I’ve lost my sequence and I want to get it back! There must be some way of looking at all the project’s sequences and files somewhere.
Also, here’s what I’ve done so far:
Please, please. Can somebody help me?
Thanks

- Tried to go to my backups… Nothing useful.
- Looked in the “Window†menu whishing to find my “Sequnce1â€
- Tried to go into my “Historyâ€, null because I’ve reloaded the project before.
Please, please. Can somebody help me?
Thanks
